Who we are

The Vision of Living Science Foundation (LSF) is that of an independent Non-Governmental Organisation (NGO) engaged in a systematic, focused research into the environment-health nexus to confront, halt, and perhaps reverse the ugly trend of increasing incidents of chronic degenerative diseases all around us. The bedrock for this vision is the belief that the Creator in His foresight, genius, and benevolence has “fearfully and wonderfully” made us; and if only we will “think His thoughts after Him”, we might yet discover basic rules that can help alleviate many of these diseases which are now known to be linked with our environment, diet, and lifestyle. This will also further generate faith and confidence in what is revealed about the almighty God in the Bible, for other areas of life.

Our visions are

To provide an authoritative voice showing that studying and doing Science from a creationist perspective will not only make the best sense of our world, it will also yield abundant life for people and the entire ecosystem. This will entail a direct standing up to, and scientific refutation of the currently prevalent evolution theory of origins.

To seriously engage in the business of identifying peculiar traditional and modern hazards in the Nigerian environment; scientifically evaluate attendant health risks, particularly to identified susceptible, vulnerable and sensitive subpopulations; and widely communicate the findings in society, while advocating for remedial actions as may be necessary.

To provide information, education, and advisory services on health and the environment to the general public, various tiers of government, and other stakeholders. This may involve undertaking resourced projects and contract works that support the vision of the Organization.

Aims and Objectives

The Living Science Foundation aims to enhance public health in Nigeria by facilitating and promoting sound evidence-based, comprehensive and holistically derived, home-grown environmental health policies and practices; undergirded by a conviction that an all-wise benevolent Creator designed the world to run sustainably.

The Specific Objectives of the Foundation are to
